Is QUANTYX a financial adviser?
No. QUANTYX Terminal is a market information and analysis tool. It provides no investment advice or personalised recommendation, places no orders and manages no funds. You alone take your decisions.
Can the terminal place orders on my account?
No, never. The connection to your broker, if you enable it, is read-only: it is only used to display your positions and measure their risk.
Where does the data come from?
From licensed market-data providers and official public sources (SEC, Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, CFTC, US Treasury, EIA). Data may be delayed or contain errors.
How does the artificial intelligence work?
The AI summarises, challenges and warns. Its opinions are informational, may be wrong, and each one is later compared with what the market actually did. It can only make a decision more cautious.
How does sign-up work?
Sign up with your e-mail, or with Google or Microsoft. You then receive two separate e-mails: the sign-in link, then a temporary password you must change at first sign-in. Two-factor authentication is available to everyone and enforced on the Team plan.
Will I receive a link that opens the terminal directly?
No. You always enter through the site's Sign in button, with e-mail, password and two-factor authentication, or with Google or Microsoft. The welcome e-mail only reminds you of the sign-in address; the temporary password arrives separately and must be changed at first sign-in. A forwarded e-mail is never enough to get in.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There is no commitment: cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Yearly billing gives a 20 % discount. Details, including your right of withdrawal, are in the terms.
Do I need to install anything?
No. QUANTYX runs in a recent web browser, on one or several screens. No installation, no extension.
