Key points
QUANTYX Terminal is a market information and analysis tool. It does not provide investment advice, does not place any orders and does not manage any money. You alone take your investment decisions. Investing in financial markets involves a risk of capital loss, which may exceed your initial investment where leverage or derivatives are used.
1. No investment advice
AMBER AND JASMINE LTD, which operates QUANTYX Terminal, is not an investment adviser. It is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA, United Kingdom), the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF, France) or any other financial regulator.
QUANTYX Terminal does not provide:
- investment advice or personal recommendations;
- portfolio management on behalf of third parties;
- reception, transmission or execution of orders;
- safekeeping of money or financial instruments.
The data, charts, analyses, scores, scenarios, alerts and analyses generated by artificial intelligence are provided for general information purposes only. They do not take into account your personal circumstances, objectives, investment horizon or risk tolerance. They do not constitute an offer, a solicitation or an inducement to buy, sell or hold any financial instrument.
Before taking any decision, we recommend that you carry out your own independent research and, where necessary, consult a duly authorised professional.
2. Investment risks
- The value of an investment can go down as well as up. You may lose some or all of the capital invested.
- Leveraged products and derivatives (options, futures, CFDs, etc.) are complex and may result in losses exceeding the amount initially invested.
- Markets may experience high volatility, price gaps, low liquidity or trading halts.
- Investments denominated in another currency are exposed to exchange-rate risk.
Only invest money you can afford to lose.
3. Past performance, backtests and simulations
Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. The results of historical tests (“backtests”), out-of-sample tests, simulations, value-at-risk (VaR) calculations, stress tests and scenarios are hypothetical. They are based on data and assumptions that may not recur, do not always take into account fees, taxation, liquidity or actual execution conditions, and do not guarantee any future result.
An indicator that worked over a past period may stop working. A risk measure is not a cap on losses: actual losses may exceed the estimates.
4. Analyses generated by artificial intelligence
The QUANTYX Terminal analysis assistants use language models supplied by third parties (including DeepSeek and Anthropic Claude). Their answers are produced automatically, are not reviewed by a human and may be wrong, incomplete or out of date, even when they appear confident. They do not constitute advice. Always verify important information against reliable sources.
5. Market data
Market data, news and economic data come from third-party providers and public sources. They may be delayed, inaccurate, incomplete or temporarily unavailable. No warranty is given as to their accuracy, completeness or timeliness.
6. Alerts
Alerts are for information only. They may be delayed, not delivered or triggered in error. An alert is neither a buy or sell signal nor a recommendation.
7. Connecting a brokerage account
If you connect your brokerage account, the connection is read-only: QUANTYX Terminal can read your positions in order to analyse them, but cannot place any orders or move any money. Your transactions are carried out solely by you, with your broker, at your own responsibility.
8. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and their consequences. Using QUANTYX Terminal does not replace your own analysis or, where appropriate, the advice of an authorised professional. The Publisher's liability terms are set out in the Terms of use and sale.
